Krispy Kreme Fundraiser

Why a Fundraiser?

To help raise money for kids and teens to experience things like Camp Conquest, Momentum Youth Conference, & other summer opportunities. These experiences cost money, but we believe they are powerful opportunities, and we want to help students get to them!

Dates & Times:

  • FUNDRAISING PERIOD: March 20th - April 28th
  • FORMS & PAYMENT DUE BACK: Sunday April 28th
  • PICKUP DAY: Sunday May 19th 9:30am - 12:30pm

Products & Prices:

  • Original Glazed - $15.50 per dozen ($7.75 profit)
  • Chocolate Iced - $17.50 per dozen ($8.75 profit)
  • Glazed Kreme Filled - $17.50 per dozen ($8.75 profit)


How does it work?

  • FORMS - Students who choose to participate use a selling form to keep track of orders.
  • SELL - It’s up to students to spread the word to friends and family, and to sell as much as they can. Students are responsible (not GFC) for keeping track of what they sell and the money that they receive from those they sell to.
  • PROFIT - The money students/families receive for selling Krispy Kreme’s goes 2 places. 50% will be returned to GFC so that GFC can pay the final bill to Krispy Kreme. The other 50% is profit that the student/family is responsible to hold onto to use for Grace Student opportunities. 
  • DUE DATE - Participating families will bring back their selling form and the money that is due to Krispy Kreme by the end of the fundraiser (cash or a check made out to Grace Family Church). ONLY bring back the money due to Krispy Kreme, hold onto the 50% profit that you made. If not sure what to do please reach out to Pastor Andrew. GFC will NOT place a family’s order if they fail to bring in the money that is due to Krispy Kreme.
  • DELIVER - GFC will pick up the doughnuts, but then students will be responsible for getting the doughnuts they sold from GFC and delivering them to those who purchased doughnuts from them. 
  • *People can also purchase donuts directly from GFC instead of an individual student. Funds given directly to GFC will help cover extra retreat & conference costs.
