How does it work?
- FORMS - Families who choose to participate will receive a selling form to use for tracking orders.
- SELL - It’s up to individuals & families to spread the word to friends and family, and to sell as much as they can. They are responsible (not GFC) for keeping track of what they sell and the money that they receive from those they sell to.
- PROFIT - The money families receive for selling Krispy Kreme’s goes 2 places. 50% will be returned to GFC. These funds will be used to pay Krispy Kreme and help GFC cover other fundraiser/retreat costs. The other 50% is profit that the family is responsible for holding onto to use for church events, opportunities, retreats, camps, conferences, etc.
- DUE DATE - The due date to bring back your order form & payment is listed below. Participating families must bring back their order form and the money (cash or a check made out to Grace Family Church) that is due to GFC no later than the due date. ONLY bring back the money due to GFC, hold onto the 50% profit that you made. GFC will NOT place your order if you fail to bring in the money that is due to GFC.
- DELIVER - GFC will pick up the doughnuts, but then families will be responsible for getting the doughnuts they sold from GFC and delivering them to those who purchased doughnuts from them.
- *People can also purchase donuts directly from GFC instead of an individual student. Funds given directly to GFC will help cover extra retreat & conference costs.
